How to register

Use your MY.CORP account to sign up for the conference. A confirmation page is created automatically as soon as we have received your registration data. This confirmation also serves as invoice. All necessary data regarding your payment (amount to pay, bank details) are shown on this confirmation page, and you will also find the required information how to pay by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD only).

An important note for all participants employed by a larger institution, e. g. a university: It is absolutely necessary to make sure that your name is transmitted within the bank transfer data. Otherwise, there may be difficulties matching participants and bank transfers of their companies. Many thanks for your cooperation!

Attention to participants from Switzerland

We encourage participants from Switzerland to select another way of payment than bank transfer due to absurdly high bank transfer fees of EUR 14.50 which are deducted with every bank transfer from any Swiss bank account to our bank account.

Cancellation policy

Any conference registration on MY.CORP is binding as a matter of principle as long as the person registered or any other authorised person does not inform CORP about their cancellation of registration. Cancellation can be done via e-mail to office@corp.at, via the MY.CORP messenger, or via the contact form on www.corp.at.

For speakers, i. e. for participants who signed up for a conference presentation at MY.CORP, the cancellation charge is calculated as mentioned below:

  • Any cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days prior to the conference
  • 40.- cancellation charge up to 45 days prior to the conference
  • 50 % of the standard conference fee until completion of the conference proceedings (CD-ROM edition)
  • 100 % of the standard conference fee after completion of the conference proceedings (CD-ROM edition)¹
  • If your presentation at the conference is not held for any reason and you did not inform us about that in time, we reserve the right to remove the associated paper from the proceedings and the online archive.

For any other participants than mentioned above the cancellation charge is calculated as mentioned below:

  • Any cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days prior to the conference
  • 40.- cancellation charge up to 30 days prior to the conference
  • 50 % of the standard conference fee up to 14 days prior to the conference
  • 100 % of the standard conference fee if we receive your cancellation later than 14 days prior to the conference

¹) Addendum for participants of REAL CORP 2020: If you have already paid your conference fee and we published your paper in the April edition of the proceedings, and after that you decide not to attend and not to have your paper published:

  • 90.- cancellation charge up to 30 days prior to the conference
  • 75 % of the standard conference fee up to 14 days prior to the conference
  • 100 % of the standard conference fee if we receive your cancellation later than 14 days prior to the conference

 

Please pay your conference fee in time

If you do not manage to pay the conference fee in time, we reserve the right to remove your presentation from the conference programme and to remove your paper from the conference proceedings and online archive.
